Dr Frances Nininahazwe is a fully registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Practitioner with over 15 years experience.

After practising Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture for many years, Frances decided to undertake further training in Cosmetic Acupuncture. Leading her to this training was a growing understanding that one’s physical and emotional health is reflected in the face. In fact, Chinese Medicine views the face as the window to the soul, and inspection of a patient’s face and complexion can give a Chinese Medicine Practitioner great insight into a patient’s health & spirit.

She believes that just like you would go to see a Psychologist to heal after an emotional trauma, so too should people have the option of treating the ‘wear and tear’ that life places on their face. Physical illness, emotional stress, dehydration, hormonal imbalances, alcohol and cigarettes, and sun/environmental exposures can all lead to visible changes on the face.
